Old truck. A bit of damage and loss. If you are smart, find a different mover. If you do use them, just remember you were told.

Not sure who this is, so hard to respond directly. However, our trucks are 2017 and 2020, so not too old. With Covid, things are busy , we apologize if things could have been smoother in the office. Not sure of any outstanding damage or loss claims but certainly willing to work with you to rectify. We pride ourselves on customer service and will work towards streamlining the process from booking to move day!
