This is the worst company - avoid at all costs. Our water softener broke and the sand (resin) went into every sink, toilet, shower, and faucet in our house. They didn't want to send anyone to clean the resin, insisting we had to pay a plumber. We barely got them to send a technician, and even when they came they did not finish the job. Do not buy. The product they sell is horrible quality and will damage to your house.

Had a softener from OWS at our old house, had them put one in at our new house 4.5 years ago since they were great to work with before. New unit has never worked properly, Rene has tried to fix it a few times, need it fixed again and Rene says he can't verify we are renters of a unit since he is in Florida so the back up company won't come look at it unless we pay them and Rene will reimburse us in April for the repairs. If you go away for the winter and leave your business in someone else's hands don't you think you would give them your customer list so they can properly service your customers? Very disappointed with customer service and frustrated my taps are seizing and no one is around to help.

I rented a water softener for over 4 year from Renee at Oceansoft. When they hooked it up they knew I had two bathrooms on 2 separate floors. They assured me the water was being softened at all hot water taps in my apt. I repeatedly said I felt the water wasn't soft. I gave them samples (from ALL hot water taps). I am filing with THE BETTER BUSINESS BEREAU and I WILL recoup my money. He came by and was ARROGANT and would not listen to me quietly explain.

I was recommended Oceansoft by one of my clients for water softeners. The gentlemen were prompt, friendly and informative. They looked at my (inherited) ancient water softener and told me although they could make it functional, it was better to get something that was less than 20 years old. Oceansoft sells or rents their water softeners, and I decided to rent which comes with annual checks and maintenance. I'm so glad I did because it works beautifully! After over a year, I just had a minor leaking issue, the owner himself came out right away and fixed it at no charge. I cannot recommend Oceansoft highly enough, for their service and all around great customer service!
