Soon after agreement to do the work, with$3000 down, the prep work was quickly completed. Limestome was laid, and Claudio plans to come back once the limestone settles and hardens. Problem is, weeks have passed, some days in October it could have been completed but still not done at end of October. Our research indicates a very small window of opportunity left with the changing weather and appropriate temperatures, to have the asphalt set properly without future weaknesses due to not the best temperatures to stand the test of time. Will update for future reference.
UPDATE: Let me continue this review as promised. I have a finished product that is complete, beautiful and I feel Claudio and his team did a fantastic job. My concern was addressed efficiently and expediently. I now understand the nature of the business, the dependency on weather, and how timely working with ashphalt can be.
There is importance in customer service, and I have to say, as a consumer, Claudio sure covers his bases. I won't divulge all the pleasantries experienced dealing with this company, as it has been a great experience. Highly recommended as most people in Halton Hills area probably already know. Thank you guys, and Claudio for your thoughtful approach to alleviating my concerns so well.
