We have had them (Spa Country/Catalina Spas) come out to fix our hot tub a couple of times. The cost was fair & they were professional. The last time we called we told them the problem & he mentioned to check a fuse. If the fuse was burnt out then he wouldn't need to come out, which was the problem. He saved us a bunch of money. Other people would have come out & not mentioned anything. Very impressed.
