Great service by two friendly gentlemen who were professional and efficient at their job. They even shortened our rather long dryer vent for free.

I had the ducts cleaned at my new house. They were absolutely filthy. Sean, my service agent from ODC was polite and professional. Arrived exactly when scheduled, was done in a timely manner, and left my home like noone was working it it (clean)
He explained what he was going to do and I received before and after photos to show the degree of dirt down there.

Liz, who set up the appointment was always prompt returning messages/emails, called to confirm the appointment, all professional from top to bottom.
Pricing was very reasonable.

The gentleman was very professional and courteous. He respected my home and me. He is very thourough and he didn't mind getting rid of the praying mantis that came into the house while the door was open!

I like these guys they gave us duct cleaning for a cheap price ($75) and the job seemed to be done well and I am surprised to see that considering most companies that do it under 100 use shopvacs or do a horrible quality job.
