This company has been extremely good to me. They have always done there best to keep me busy even when work was slow( living close to the shop helps). I enjoy most of the people I work with and in my opinion I am compensated for my work very fairly. The hours are sometimes inconsistent but my checks have always been enough to pay the bills and sometimes they are very substantial.you work long hours and you need to be willing to work out of town for extended periods of time which can make it hard on a family. The work for me is good because I never seem to spend more than a couple of months doing the same job so the variety keeps it interesting. Wages seem to be fair and the benefits are decent, no rrsp or pension plan though.
