Our GE dishwasher was not functioning optimally. We contacted Bayview Home Appliance center for service. The service staff were very prompt in their response and sent one technician named Dean with work order number 61455. He was very skilled, efficient and polite. We are very pleased with the service we got as he even checked the dishwasher thoroughly post his service. He even advised how we should continue operating our dishwasher to ensure it works for a longer time. I would highly recommend this company for any appliance repair service.

Two weeks ago an incident occurred in our home kitchen while using our Electrolux stove which gave off sparks and suddenly went defunct with no power. Happened on a Thursday evening, and as I had seen the company van around in the neighbourhood, I recalled their name, and called out to repair my stove. To my surprise, the lady "Rose" booked my call and next day company owner 'Hemi" scheduled me for Saturday morning. He personally came and took care of the complete fixture, and assessed other areas concerning safety. He also suggested, on how to best operate the unit. Highly recommend this company. Very genuine and trustworthy company.

Avoid this company if you enjoy your sanity.
Their customer service is a joke.
My stove became possessed and turned itself on by itself. Find out it was recalled due to this issue. Called manufacturer, they mailed out the replacement parts to me. Get call from this company a few hours later to schedule an appointment. (Ok, maybe the manufacturer sent them the parts instead). They come without parts (as they are indeed being mailed to me)
After calling them,once I've received the parts the next day,(and talking to someone) for the next two weeks to arrange a Saturday appointment. Kept getting the "technician will contact you" line.
After the third time calling them, get an "oh, we are waiting for two other parts that were back ordered". Oh, well had someone said this in the first place.

Called again to see if parts are in. Told they should be arriving today and a technician will contact me.

So almost a month without a stove.

Edit: got a call the parts are in and will try to come out Saturday. They then were blaming the long wait on the manufacturer not sending the proper parts and because I'm unable to take time off work (and loose money) during the week

Horrible customer service, absolutely worst experience ever!!
Please, do not use this company unless you want horrible headache and possibly therapy!
Main office is the major problem, the man[Hemmi] who books appointment is extremely rude, totally unprofessional, does not care about your situation. He sent the repairman with parts without first sending someone to look at the fridge, because he wanted "to save a trip". Of course the parts were not the right one so I had to wait another week without my fridge working! All through out the calls he kept blaming me !
I would never have used this company but since Samsung was paying for the repair it was their authorized dealer, I had no choice. I have complained to Samsung about this compny and hopefully they will not use them in the future!

Bayview Home Appliance, came through BIG time !!
During a recent move (where the appliances were sold with the house) the freezer door was damaged.
I called over 10 local service shops to try and pay to have the freezer door skin replaced (I had already purchased the parts from a local appliance dealer) but no one would help out, I believe no one wanted to spend their time on such a small project and obviously couldn't purchase and mark up the parts themselves.
Where some wanted to charge just to inspect the job and others claimed it required a "specialist" I was faced with almost 3 months of trying to resolve the issue.
The new owners were irate, rude and very difficult to deal with demanding very specific times they would allow the repairs to be performed.
Several times Bayview had to return, because of miss communication, wrong kits ordered by the parts supplier, I thought this nightmare would never end.
Bayview Home Appliances were professional, courtieous, and very helpful.
Because of the unique situation (they were making repairs at a property I didn't own) we had discussed and set a $ for the repairs up front, and after all the issues they encountered they still charged only what we discussed.
True and honest professional organization, hats off to you.
I have many friends in the King Township area and I will ONLY recommend this team for quality work and dependable service.

THE WORST! I have never had this bad of service at anytime in my 44 years on this planet. Do not hire this company to fix anything unless you are in the mood for a 2 month grind of confusing phone calls and emails from their brutally incompetent office staff. Their technician was ok, but he is not the problem, They have no idea what they are doing at the main office. They don't follow up, do not order parts and I really don't know if they have any idea what they are doing. I could spend the next 200 words describing their ineptness but I will save you the hassle. Don't call them, try someone else, trust me.

I was having and still am having isues with my Maytag Washer. Service technician came and said machine is not levelled. Later on I recieved a bill requesting payment from my service provider because Bayview can't find issue so I need to be charged. I called them countless times to resolve issue but they have their payment so they are not concerned. Terrible customer satisifaction. Got their money and left me out to dry.

The worst experience of our lives, they were dishonest, and we were deceived and disrespected by Bayview appliance over a simple warranty repair on a new Maytag refrigerator, I would not trust or use them under any circumstances at all

My dishwasher machine was making funny noises and not cleaning my dishes properly. I tried several times to fix it by myself and call other appliance services but no one was willing to help me! My wife called Bayiew Home Appliance Centre and spoke to Rose. The company was able to fix my machine in several days without any troubles. The total repair time took an hour and it was very smooth. Since then my dishes are coming out spotless!
