The material shipped to my site was damaged and contained mould. Every item on my receipt had "special order non refundable" under it and that was the case in bold. Once I was able to look over my material and try to make arrangements to exchange or return it I was directed to the print under each line. That being said the better part of my order was not used and I had suffered a loss. After repeated attempts to speak with the manager and having some other person try and manage this I just gave up. The actual manager wouldn't reply to emails or repeated attempts to speak over the phone. I really should have looked at the building I was buying from and make the desision based on that alone. If the building looks like that how good can the material coming out of it be? The prices offered are fair if you compare them to any other reseller of surplus materials, but are not worth it with comparassion to other stores this company wants to be in the same catagory of.
