He proposed good options, explained how installation would take place, every cost option, and did not try to push extra services or products on me. When John DiPelwo came two days later to install, three things : 1. Absolute professional. 2. Was super friendly with my cats, terrified of the noise 3. Very helpful, clean and organized. No swearing and rudeness, he worked straight through until the job was done. I couldn't be more pleased.
