After both my furnace and hot water tank were red tagged by another company on Friday, December 4, 2015 evening and rendered inoperable, I called Reliance Holmes Heating (supplier of my purchased furnace and rented hot water tank) and both Rob A. and Andrew B. were at my home within an hour or so. Friendly, helpful and professional, they were able repair the furnace (which actually did not need to have been red tagged) and adjusted the red tag issue of the hot water tank such that the tank could be up and running that evening. I couldn't have been more pleased. What could have been a very cold night was averted. Both Rob and Andrew went way beyond the usual customer service by not being satisfied until they had solved the issues for my benefit and comfort. Rob and Andrew did Reliance Holmes Heating proud with their sound knowledge, solid effort and excellent attitude. Because the furnace is under warranty and the hot water tank is a rental, there was no charge. Perfect outcome! Thank you, Andrew and Rob!
