Big Ben's Junk removal has been great to work with. Today we called them to see if they could do a rush order (we work with them a lot). We needed to remove an entire torn down shed + rubble, Ben called Otto back and said our Bin would be there in one hour and it was. They definitely understand and think with contractors/mason's needs and we really appreciate all of your help!

I keep going back to Big Ben because, simply, this company gets the job done, and done well, at an affordable price. I have used them six ou seven times over the years and I am always amazed at their responsiveness, punctuality and willingness to help. Once, I was faced with an almost impossible timeline to get a mattress out before the delivery of another, and they basically ran over to get it done for me, within minutes of my call. I keep coming back - and for good reason. Nothing fancy, no fancy uniforms, just great service at a great price. Thanks Ben!

Great experience with Ben and his crew. The guys worked fast to take down the garage, remove all the debris, take out the asphalt and concrete posts underpinning the garage. The whole job was completed within two days as promised. Fast, efficient, courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Ben and his employee's provided a reasonable priced service and very knowledgeable. I needed a professional basement clean up and also garage demolition. I was really pleased with the services provided. I did not expect the trained experts to be so devoted to their work, but they were. I hired Ben and his crew to do some escavating work in the back yard. I was very impressed by his employees they were very polite and professional. The young man (Terry) driving the bob cat was extremely proficient and did a great job. I have priced several companies and found Ben's to be very reasonable and would recommend them above all others.

Great job. Ben and his team were courteous, timely, clean and efficient, even returning my email on a Saturday night and visiting to quote on Sunday morning; we will use them again. The mess was kept to a minimum and I hardly knew they were here.

Everybody that i dealt with was very personable and professional. Glen and Matthew did a very good job demolishing the bathroom in two days. They were very thorough and mindful about containing the dust into the one room. Very good overall experience and good quality service! I will hired them again if i need more work.
