Big Ben's Junk Removal

We contacted this company to do demolition removal for us in a busy down town location. They showed up on time thus being reliable. Due to the limited space where the the disposal bin had to be placed they worked with us on the best possible drop. They gave good profession service and we would be more than glad to both use them again and to also recommend them in the future.

I was demolishing part of my garage and needed a bin to remove the debris. Big Ben's was recommended to me by a friend who also does pickups but was unable to fit me in because he was already booked. I had a very tight time window to do the loading and so I scheduled it for 7:30am and arranged a helper for the loading. The driver apparently got held up at the transfer station dumping a previous load so was an hour late. So I was a bit disappointed as I had mentioned this when arranging the bin. Otherwise the service was great and I got the job done.

I called up Big Ben's Junk Removal in the morning for a quote and within the hour, three men showed and were ready to haul away the remaining stuff from my Dad's home. They were pleasant and work quickly.
I didn't mention this to them but my Dad was often called "Big Ben", so it seemed appropriate to have Big Ben's Junk Removal come over and remove his unwanted stuff. They saved us at least three days worth of work.

The service is good, reliable, and they have go out of their way for us many times, delivering through the narrow alley's, and doing same day pick ups to get the bin out of the way for other deliveries. Came with bobcat and bin and driver and helper cleaned all garbage separate them into 2 separate bins very fast

They made the experience seemless and stressfree - i would highly recommend them to anyone!!! Driver waited on site at first property while we loaded bin and then drove bin to second site where we loaded it and it stayed overnight

Big Ben's junk removal supplied us with quick prompt service . They have large and small bins and able to get in tight spots. I would recommend this company and I will keep using them in the future . 10 star all the way !

What I get from Big Ben's is prompt service at a fair price.I have always found the drivers to be courteous and helpful when delivering or picking up.This service only helps to make my jobs run better but impress my clients as well. I won't use anyone else.

All requests are meet with efficient and prompt service. Have used the services over the past 2 years and never disappointed. Ben and company do their best to deliver the requested services in the often hectic building environment.

Fourth company I tried to get same day bin drop off and pick up, first company to be able to do it more than once. They made a mistake but they fixed it quickly and without excuses. Light years ahead of the competition.
