We needed to purge the house before sale. Ben's Junk Removal was recommended to us by our neighbour who had used them in the past. We had a bin dropped off at our house for the week and filled it at our leisure. The drivers and staff were friendly, courteous and upbeat. Highlight recommended.

My sister, bro-in-law, and work mate highly recommended Big Ben and now so do I. Everyone I dealt with were so accommodating and because i was under the weight limit, they were true to their word and gave me a discount. Our garage where the debris was stored is in a pretty narrow laneway typical of downtown but they came by to take a look and accurately assessed the situation. When I finally was ready to book for a bin, I called and left a message because it was after hours but Ben still called me back later that evening and i was able to get a bin delivered the next day!
