Ben and his team removed a hot tub. It had to be cut into pieces due to space in between two houses in Toronto.
His team worked quickly and it was done at a cost that was reasonable - generally in line with other junk removal companies (+ or - $50). Ben also disconnected the hot tub safely and removed interlocking brick from backyard.
Service - 10 / 10. Done on budget. Showed up on time. Completed within a few hours.
Clean - Up - 9 / 10. They removed all large debris from hot tub demolition. There were a few small fragments of insulation (less than a cm in diameter). I am picky.
I recommended Big Ben and would have no hesitation using them again for other projects at my home.
