Bill was very helpful in his honesty and knowledge around various options regarding central vacs. Clear communication, not just from him, but also the installer Mark. Very professional, friendly guys who charged what I thought was a fair price for the service requested. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any related install/service. This was my first central vac and very pleased overall.
