Excellent Service at an affordable price
We wanted to get our central vacuum serviced and contacted Bill accordingly. Bill responded right away and came by within 3 days himself. He evaluated the situation and determined that the optimal route was to replace the unit versus simply servicing it. He adjusted the entire cost to fit our budget, did not charge us for the initial visit and then within 4 days came by and installed the new unit within 40 minutes over the weekend. When it seemed like the new unit was not performing as expected, Bill came back and rectified the issue immediately. Simply put, the attention to detail, servicing and providing a solution that was within our budget was outstanding! We would endorse Bill without hesitation and look forward to his continued success.
