After many this review was posted bedrock made good on their issue I am now editing this say that despite issues with some of the quality of their prior workmanship I am satisfied with the integrity of this company.
New Home Build
Poor workmanship, and covered up defects are the trademark of this builder. The first week we moved into the house they built for us the flashings fell off in a storm. From then on we had issues with framed in walls that were not straight. Ventilation issues, and insulation that was not up to code. Many of the problems that we had listed on our initial, 6 month and 1 year deficiencies were listed as fixed at the time and the cover-up that they did only became apparent 10 years later when we tried to sell the house and a professional inspection brought them to light. Even though they would not deny that the deficiencies were likely valid they said that it was no longer their problem because we had not pursued them well enough during the warranty years. We lived in this house for 10 years with substandard insulation non working ventilation and extra heat vents that ran to no where.
