Stair Builders review in

There were literally dozens of defects with my stairs and it took them over 3 months to start addressing them. 3 months after moving in, I still can't stain my stairs because there are unresolved issues:
Chipped treads, loose risers, exposed staples and nails, water damaged stringers and treads, hammer marks on newel posts.
