Had Paul in to conduct washroom and tile work some time ago. Constant banging noise in washroom whenever we flush the toilets anywhere in the house. Called Paul back but when asked to address, I was advised that an arrester was required and that he would address.
Dont get me wrong, decent work, but havent heard from him since. Should I have to pay someone else to addressI wouldnt think so.
