Eric's company did an excellent job replacing our garage floor. He is very knowledgeable and no-nonsense. He explained everything that needed to be done and the duration. Every thing was done on time and on budget. At the end of the job, Eric's crew did a good job to clean up afterwards. Last fall, I asked, through the Internet, 3 companies to give me an estimate to fix my problem with a leaky basement. Eric was by far the lowest bidder. The reviews impressed by Eric, I liked his explanations of the work involved. When I signed the contract with him, he furnished in minute details every aspect of the work, the time-frame, and that he would come every day to make sure the work was done properly and to alleviate any concerns I might have. He did the work in the time-frame indicated, the disturbance was held to a minimum. The work area was very well secured by a fence. At the end of each day, the workers made sure to clean up the work site and properly store their heavy equipment. I was extremely pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

I have used Eric's Concrete and Masonry Services Ltd. on several occasions to do water proofing and underpinning. Eric's knowledge and experience make dealing with him a pleasure. We were most impressed with Eric and his teams' professionalism. The total scope of the garage foundation repair was clearly laid out, a comprehensive contract presented and the job carried out to the letter of the contract in a very timely fashion.

We had a great experience with Eric and his team. Eric answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. His team were always polite and worked hard. The work site was always kept clean and they made sure we always felt safe entering and exiting the house during construction. Since the work was finished this fall, we have seen the humidity steadily drop in the basement and the cement block is visibly drying out. We feel confident that the work Eric performed for us will extend the life of our house and add value beyond the cost of work.

Although it was a relatively small project to replace the metal support beam in the garage, Eric was professional and courteous, and offered the best price. The support column (a square metal 4x4 beam) was rusting away because it is placed in the garage, between the two cars where salt water will accumulate from the cars. Holes had started to appear at the base of column.
Further rusting would compromise the structural integrity of the house, as this support column was in place to support the second floor of the house and the upper roof of the garage.
Eric came promptly to assess and give an estimate. His contract was detailed and described materials to be used, how long it will take and total costs.
Eric kept me briefed on the progress of the work. His crew showed up on time and were friendly and experienced. I was very impressed by the professionalism and honesty of this business.

Eric's Concrete did a good job of fixing our foundation problems. I appreciated the time and the minimal intrusion he took to determine the problem. He explained what was needed and why and did not try to sell us what we did not necessarily need. The job started in fall and ended in spring due to homeowner desires. He id what was necessary to avoid problems until we were ready to proceeed. We appreciated that professionalism and cleanliness of the crew.
