My 100-year-old rubble and cement foundation was disintegrating. This was a huge job that involved completely excavating the exterior and repairing the interior . Eric’s concrete recently completed a major job on our 1912 home by waterproofing our very leaky foundation and basement. Our home is on bedrock and was built in 1912, so I knew this would be a very challenging job. We met with many companies before deciding on Eric’s Concrete. We had significant water leaking into our basement, through one of our foundation walls. Eric's team responded quickly and very professionally. My wife and I were both working from home during this period and we hardly knew the team was there.

Since the repair has been completed, we have had three significant rainfalls and the basement is completely dry.

Advance notice given before every day's work with explanation of what would be done. Work site cleaned up every day impeccably. Went above and beyond to deliver a renovation that would stand up over time -- even removed the garage back door and shortened it to give more room for the cement garage floor to have an adequate slope. Included engineering reports before and after foundation work was done for quality assurance. Best company that has ever done work at my house.

Our house had extensive cracking that was caused by improperly installed re-bar in the concrete. While some companies we contacted misdiagnosed the problem, Eric was very precise in identifying the problem and how it should be repaired. We are very pleased with the results.

Old city tree planted too close to house damaged the foundation. Total of five (5) cracks was repaired.

Eric's concrete repaired the damaged in one (1) week. During this work the street was kept clean and they didn't impose any stress on our neighbors.

When finish the site was cleaned, all debris removed.
