The Agent was punctual and polite. He asked if we had any special concerns that needed to be addressed. He also guided us in programming the Thermostat for Summer use. He is an asset to your Company.

Since getting my high efficiency in, 2007, I have had a scheduled appointment twice a year. I have never had to worry about these service calls as someone either calls or I call after receiving the email reminders. Our furnace stopped working a day or so before leaving for Christmas and someone came out to our home that evening, found the problem and had to return to the shop to pick up a replacement part. It was under warranty and we went away knowing we were alright. Neighbours checked the house daily but the furnace worked well after that repair. Again this Spring a technician who has been to our home before came in and turned on the A/C and checked all the hoses and wires. I must say I would recommend anyone looking for excellent service and care to call Francis Home Service to be Worry Free! The monthly charge is very reasonable and gives us peace of mind!

I have been using Service Experts for almost 20 years - both older and new heating and cooling equipment. I have been very satisfied with their service, obviously. I will continue to do so. On this visit, Matthew was very professional, identifying potential issues that may arise and also recommending other equipment I might benefit from.

The work was excellent and the two fellows who did the job were very efficient. The laid down floor protection and cleaned up completely before leaving.

Excellent service .....polite etc. And explained complete service and updated me on cleaning filters on the inside air cleaner.

The service call was for annual inspection of air conditioning unit. The technician was very prompt, courteous, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about his firm's products . We were very pleased with his service.

This service visit on May 17, 2016 was covered under an annual furnace/air conditioner maintenance contract. My only complaint is that this appointment was rescheduled by the company from the original appointment date of May 10; it was into the 2nd hour of the arranged time block when I was advised that the technician was delayed at another site and or could not be contacted, and the service visit would have to be completed on another day.
On May 17, the technician, M.T., arrived within the pre-arranged time block, identified himself and was courteous. There was also the usual phone call just prior to the technician's arrival. When the work was completed, the technician informed me that everything was fine, no problems/issues observed; he also mentioned that since it was relatively cool outside that day, he had turned the system back to heat mode as the interior of the house was getting a bit chilly. This was much appreciated.

Had a fantastic experience working with Julie, Maroun, Zack, and Josh in the purchase and install of a new furnace and air conditioner. Amazing service...fair price....and great follow up. Julie was fantastic to work with and the install looks like a "work of art"! Thanks so much to the Team at Francis...you are the best!

My technician was Scott. In addition to the normal checkup, he gave me invaluable advice on thermostat settings and a great suggestion for mitigating the cold in our basement during the summer - which I plan to follow up on.
