We recently had our AC and furnace replaced. Both Moe and Zack did a great job - they worked seamlessly, efficiently, and were very professional and personable. Despite it being a sweltering day of heat, we had a new working AC in the afternoon thanks to this hardworking team. We are now comfortable again and very happy with the service of Francis Home Environment Service Experts!

The work was completed on time and totally efficiently. Francis service provider was well informed on the product he was servicing and clear in his explanations to us.

The service man was very efficient. He explained what needed to be done and I made the decision whether he should proceed or not. I have been with Francis Home Environment for a number of years and I am very satisfied with the service.

We were very impressed with the prompt service and technical know-how by Julie and the installers Maroun and Marc. When a hard technical problem arose, Maroun did not hesitate to call in another expert for confirmation. Regional Manager arrived promptly to discuss issue and explain it to us in layman's terms. Best solution was arrived at, saving us some money, but more importantly raising our trust in the Company. We will not hesitate to recommend Francis Home to all our friends.

I am very pleased with the service offered. First off, When we booked our appointment for a free in home consult, there were regular follow ups and reminders about the appt. The sales rep Jennifer gave us an extremely pleasant experience and adviced us accordingly of what type and what capacity AC would be appropriate for our house. There were no hidden costs or conditions. All info.was given upfront.
The technicians Ian and Andrew were very professional and courteous. They went out of their way to even cover up our water line which was left dangling by our builder. I am very happy with their service and would definitely call them for my future needs. :)

Air conditioner broke down during the warmest weekend of the year! Woke up Saturday at 4:00 AM to see "System malfunction - call technician" on the panel.

Technician was there on the Tuesday (appointment made on Monday morning). He diagnosed the issue, but part hard to be ordered. By the Friday, coils were replaced and system is back up an running. Both technicians were extremely diligent and professional. Admin support at the office very friendly (call answered before 8:00 AM!) and all work, costs, etc. were discussed and estimates given ensuring expectations set and met throughout.

I am most impressed by the sales/installation team. Salesman was clear and precise and the installers knew exactly what was promised. Speedy work, great tinsmithing, neat and tidy. Clear operation instructions. Dan and Mike were personable and a pleasure to have working in our home.

A day prior to my gas range delivery, I contacted Francis Home Environment for their service. They promised to send one of the of their expert to my house, at the latest, the day after the Range was delivered. Not Only they kept their promise, the person who came for the service, Zack, was great. He was very professional. I recommend him.

The service rep inspected the air conditioner system both on the onside and outside, and cleaned the pollen off the AC filters. He explained what he was doing and why. Well done.
