We needed a new Air Conditioner in a 12 year old townhouse we purchased last year. Kevin from Francis sold us an AC and Furnace from Lennox. As fate would have it, we got a big snow dump on installation day. I helped them shovel a path through it. Shane, Moo, Walter, and Hakim removed old equipment and installed the new stuff in less than a day. They even fixed the HRV ducts that builder or previous owner had installed backwards. They laid down rubber mats and made minimal mess. I still had some vacuuming and mopping afterwards, but no damage. I love the new smart thermostat. I keep thinking the furnace isn't doing anything because I can barely hear the fan motor through the ducts anymore. Sweet !!

I've never had a clogged kitchen drain (40 yr old house) until yesterday afternoon when, as a cleaning experiment, I tried to use one of those long drain snakes with a bristle brush tip .. to see how dirty the double sink pvc pipes might be. Turned out to be mighty clogged! So I made one phone call to my dependable Francis plumbing company, and even before 9am this morning, technician Dan arrived with a big smile and set to work diagnosing the problem, recommending to clear the clog with his handheld power drain opener. After confirming the cost (very reasonable), he started 'mining' his way through the clog, took about 10 minutes, but it worked! Then before reconnecting the pvc pipes, he double checked for any drain leaks and lubricated both sink baskets as a preventative measure. Then, as he was cleaning up the work site under the sink, he gave me some simple tips to help keep my pipes cleaner, for years to come. Thank you Dan!

Furnace keeps shutting down; software issue with Lennox Hub 30. Technician got it up and running with excellent and professional advice. Very friendly and knowledgeable tech.

The seller doesn't tell the truth about the performance of the device he sells. He used the name Carrier but installed a Bryant heat pump. The installed heat pump does not have a label indicating the brand. I asked Francis Home Environment to come and install the label and it was when the technician came to install the label that I realized it was a Bryant device and not a Carrier. The seller defends himself by saying that Bryant is built by Carrier. Francis Home Environment supports its seller. I cannot receive a document describing the heat pump they installed in my yard to verify the device's characteristics. Bryant customer service refers us to the dealer who installed the device since each of them is independent.

I wanted to thank you for your expertise and excellent customer service. Not only did you provide professional sales service at a reasonable price, but also went above and beyond with customer service/technical support after the unit was installed. The technician were impressive and truly cared to provide me with a/c comfort on the same day (they stayed until the job was done) this type of service is unfortunately not the norm for most companies today. I would definitely call them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality units and especially for the service offered after all is said and done.

Spring tuneup time. He had our MERV16 filter and was helpful and efficient. I have been wondering about heat pumps, since our furnace is starting to get a bit long in the tooth, so we talked a bit about them and he set up an appointment with a sales guy (no obligation, information meeting) to talk further about technology, options, costs, etc.
