I had the contractors working on a bathroom renovation and came upon the discovery of termites and it was something that couldn't wait until tomorrow. Carlo came ASAP and took care of the job, Very reliable and friendly professional. We and our neighbour (sharing a semi-detached) had rogue wasps in our basements. Carlo was quick to answer the call for help. He found the nest entrance in the chimney, bombed it, and --- no more wasps!

Until I found Carlo, no previous company had succeeded in ridding my old house of mice, but he understands Integrated Pest Management, which meant not just leaving poison but inspecting and sealing exterior so new mice cannot replace the ones killed. He has also dealt swiftly and effectively when I had bed bugs and carpenter ants.

Carlos did a great job evicting my raccoon friend from under the deck. The price was fair, he was on time and kept his appoint and his word. Very satisfied with the work done. He was also the only person from HomeStars who called me, and among the best value!
