I was referred to Reno Pros by a family friend when my washroom and kitchen backsplash needed to be done. I was told that the workmanship and the attention to detail was outstanding. I made contact with Roman, who helped me plan the project from start to finish, I was quite impressed with his flexibility and knowledge, and over the course of the project he really made me feel confident and safe, which is extremely important for me. I especially appreciated him educating me and making sure that my large ensuite bathroom was properly water proofed, I did end up selecting the ultimate waterproofing package as I felt that it was really worth the money to have a peace of mind. The project went according to plan with no setbacks, Roman communicated with me every step of the way. The finishing had me in love with my new ensuite bathroom and kitchen backsplash.
