I seldom ever write reviews but this one is well deserved. We did a major ground floor home renovation last year. The project scope included all flooring on the main floor and a full staircase and railing. From picking out samples and providing design recommendations to timing and execution, our experience with Ren’s Carpet and Flooring exceeded expectations. The finish of the floor and staircase is second to none. Ren’s work was quality work completed on schedule and on budget. Ren and Eileen are consummate professionals who provide quality work backed with knowledgeable and attentive service. In an era where talk is cheap and everyone promises to do a good job but doesn’t deliver, Ren’s Carpet and Flooring stands out above most. Fast service, on budget and schedule, and excellent work. Dan is a superb craftsman and does amazing work. The fit and finish of the new staircase is outstanding. A small problem occured shortly after completion and the nosing on the top landing needed replacement, and Rennie dealt with it immediately and resolved it to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely use his company again for my next home improvement project.
