We recently completed an entire main floor renovation and couldn't be happier with the quality of work and attention to detail from Chester and his team at Timberlea Construction.
Chester spent time with us before the start of the renovation walking us through all the steps that would need to take place and addressed any questions we had. He also gave us helpful suggestions based on his extensive experience.
During the renovation Chester's team provided superior quality work (demolition, removing walls, new flooring, new staircase, kitchen design, cabinets, countertop installation, new mudroom, updated bathroom, removal of existing fireplace and building a custom wall with built-ins, painting, trim and all the finishing touches). His team was always on time, reliable, very polite and friendly, paid attention to all the details and always cleaned up.
Chester was involved at every step along the project ensuring it was running smoothly and always made himself available to address any questions or changes we wanted to make. He went above and beyond ensuring that all the materials we needed were available exactly when they needed to be in order to keep the reno running on track. This was which quite the task given the significant material shortages in the market place due to COVID.
We truly felt that the care and attention Chester gave our home was like it was his own.

Timberlea construction came highly recommended for some major emergency repair work needed for the garage wall which impacted the laundry room and basement. I met Chester, who is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He and his team during Covid were left alone at the home and did amazing work , so timely too. They were respectful and did a great job with the clean up too. We were so impressed with the work that we got them to do some other general repairs throughout the home and deck. They work also with outside partner companies for heating/air conditioner, plumbing, electrical etc and they were all great recommendations. Fantastic team, who do amazing service! Thank you..

We built a new house in Port credit and worked with Chester at Timberlea Construction. He was a pleasure to work with. Chester took the time to explain the scope of work at each stage of construction. He was punctual, his guys were helpfull and efficient. We hardly had any delays. Ha isn't afraid to stop the work when he saw an issue that had to be addressed in order to prevent future problems. We are quite happy to recommend his to our friends.

This is the second house we've had the crew do our roof on. The crew is skilled and efficient and we've had no problems several years later. Top quality materials and labour. The quoting process was painless and informative and the price was great. We didn't even bother with a competitive quote as this was our second roof with them and we know there pricing is great. The estimator and office staff are very good at customer service the crew were always happy to get the head contractor to call if they couldn't answer my questions at the site.

The company did an excellent job. They covered things well - I didn't find or see any nails afterward. They even protected my plants and garden around the house to make sure they weren't damaged. I was ver satisfied with the result and our roof looks great!
