Excellent information and installation by both Ralph (Sales and Water Testing) and John (Installation and Service) we couldn't be more pleased. John called me before he arrived to let me know he was on his way and once at the house did a quick survey of our old system and had it out and the new one installed in a very short time. He then took the time to explain how the system works and made sure I understood everything before leaving. No mess, no fuss, just the way it should be.
