I have had a bat problem for quite a few years. They came out at night flying around our bedroom while we were sleeping, evening hours while watching TV., droppings in the basement etc. It made living in our home very difficult. I was nervous all the time, couldn't relax when the evening came, and was afraid to go to bed! It became so distressing that we considered selling the house and moving. We spent thousands of dollars trying to fix the problem, hiring many bat control individuals and companies, spray foaming the attic, fixing the roof etc and nothing worked until Kenny came. He spent 2 full days examining and bat proofing what seemed to be every square inch of the house! He worked hard and successfully! It has been a year now, and there have bee NO bats! NO evidence of bats either! No droppings, no scratching sounds in the walls, nothing! I am so incredibly relieved and grateful! I feel like Kenny has given me my "home" back. Bats used to be on my mind ALL the time and now I hardly think or worry about them anymore. Thank you Kenny for what you have done for us!

Bats Canada is the best bat removal service in Ontario, hands down. Kenny is an expert whose work lives up to his word, and importantly, he honours his guarantee. About 4 years ago, after having lived with bats flying around the home every summer for 20 years, we had Kenny bat-proof our house. The service was excellent, prompt, and extremely effective. Kenny is a wealth of knowledge and truly makes you feel comfortable and safe. We had had our house "proofed" by other companies before, but it never stuck. However, with Bats Canada, we never had another bat, and the work was guaranteed if there was ever a problem. The peace of mind, sense of security, and freedom of worry and anxiety that no more bats offered to a house full of people terrified of bats was priceless. Eventually, the little terrors flying in our rooms at night were a distant memory.

A few nights ago, the dreaded happened, and there was a bat in the house. We called Bats Canada at 4:30 in the morning and heard back around 8 that same day. Despite being extremely busy, Kenny was here in a few days, as soon as he could be, and was extremely thorough in locating the problem and fixing it very quickly. Even after the problem was solved, he continued to throughly search the rest of the house and make sure everything was in tip-top shape. He is truly prompt, professional, friendly, and gracious. Yes, he may cost a little more than the others, but he is worth every last penny. We cannot thank Kenny enough for giving us back our peace of mind.

Kenny bat proofed our home today and he was polite, very knowledgeable, and thorough. He caulked all gaps, installed wire mesh on the vent caps, and screwed down the drip edge and flashing. He also installed flashing where it was needed. I feel our home is completely sealed from any critter now, not just bats.

After he left, we noticed that some of the caulking drooped due to the humidity, which was no fault of his. He came back (a 2 hour drive for him) late the same evening and fixed the issue.

I would recommend his service 100%. While it was a touch expensive, I can appreciate the cost due to his thoroughness and knowledge. I know I got what I paid for.

I believed we had Bats and had previously had our house bat proofed but the company was out of business so I found this company through a Google search. Kenny came by and while he saw some areas for improvement with the bat proofing he said we didn’t actually have bats (just night roosting by the chimney) and while he could bat proof again it didn’t make sense for us to spend our money on that. So nice to have an honest service provider who saved me a few thousand dollars :) if/when we really have bats we will call Kenny for sure!

Kenny removed our bats three years ago and did a great job. He returned today to check because we still have bats that just love our house. He made sure all was good. His warranty is great and he stands behind his work. Easy to contact and great service.

Thank goodness I found Kenny.  I previously hired 2 separate companies to figure out what was making noises in my attic, both of them tried different things however the noises continued and they could not figure it out.  I hired Kenny who gave me a guarantee he would find and eliminate any critters from the house.  It took Kenny about 10 minutes to pinpoint the problem and gave me full confidence he will exit any critters and seal all entry points.  He was very polite, professional and tidy, I am very happy with his work and highly recommend him.  Thanks Kenny.

When Kenny from Bats Canada returned to remove the bat exclusion device (tube), I mentioned that I was experiencing a water leak from the my chimney stack. He promptly went onto the roof and found the caulking around the stack had disintegrated. He re-caulked the stack and checked other stacks and vents for poor caulking and touched them up also. This was an unexpected and very appreciated. His service is second to none. Thank you for this Kenny.

After having three bats in the house over a couple of weeks regardless of my effort to find and plug entry points and sleepless nights due to a bat flying near our heads on multiple occasions late at night, i decided to use Bats Canada to resolve the issue. Kenny is a very friendly person and explained a lot during his visit. The house was sealed in no time and the entry point was found and mitigated. No issues ever since this work was completed for two season now. I have been recommending Bats Canada to anyone I hear with a bat problem. This is his specialty. Do not hire a raccoon guy to do this job. Worth every penny.

I have nothing but praise for Kenny and Bats Canada. We noticed bat droppings in our attic one summer. When Kenny came to inspect our home, he was able to identify the points of entry within minutes. He subsequently spent the entire day caulking all gaps and installing wire mesh over roof ventilation. His caulking job was impeccable and it dries to become transparent. He also removed the bats in a humane way by installing one-way traps which prevent bats from re-entering once they exit the attic. I wouldn’t bother wasting money on anyone else. Kenny is worth every penny and will do the job correctly the first time.

This service is the way service should be. No shortcuts, very tidy work and arrived on time.

We suspected we had bats in our attic and had wildlife company come out a few times but did not find any evidence of bats. In the fall of 2020 we saw some bats flying around the outside and then that’s when I called Kenny. He was very informative and told me that we had wait until spring before we could do anything.

He put me on the waiting list and like clock work he reached out and asked if I was still interested in getting the work done. There was no pressure and felt very comfortable proceeding with Kenny as that all he does. Whereas wildlife company are more about animal removal.

He did an excellent job and addressed areas where I’m sure others would not have. Sealing around the house was professionally done and you can’t even notice.
