Royal Lock & Key Ltd

I'm not terribly impressed with my service at Royal Lock and Key. I had heard good things about them, and I went their last summer to create another set of keys for a moped I own.

After spending 35 minutes looking for a proper blank key, and attempting to cut keys, the gentleman that I was dealing with finally consulted a more experienced worker in the back. I was then told that thye would have to special order in two keys, and it would take aprox. 6 weeks. I was okay with this, and gave them all of my information, having been told that they would be contacting me within the week to confirm the order.

Over the next month, I had not gotten any feedback, and when I finally call asking if any blank's had arrved, I was told that the person on the other line 'didn't know anything about it'. I gave up, and continue to just use the one key that I have.

I have heard good things about royal lock and key, but my experience was that they are not organized or customer service orientated.
