Our furnace stopped working Monday at 11:00 pm. I placed a message on HomeStars, by Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. NorthWest techs were in my house diagnosing the problem. It turned out it was the fan.
Even though they are not the original installers, they quickly informed me that my furnace is still under warranty and there will be no cost to me for the parts.
Parts were ordered and installed. Furnace is working excellent, wife and kids are very happy now. :)
