This was absolutely great storage for us during the Covid lockdown. The unit was super clean, everything was organized and convenient. There's 24 hour access with lots of cameras, the property felt very safe and secure. The lockers are outside, you don't have to go into a building to access your stuff - which was a big plus during Covid. Each locker has a secure roll up door that makes loading and unloading easy. A very good experience.

For the past 5 years, I've used AJ Self Storage as offsite, outside storage for our downtown office, which lacks storage space. Their secure premises are easy to access 24/7. Their staff are always ready to help during their extended business hours. For example, they once unlocked my badly rusted lock so I could get in! They are located near the bottom of the Don Valley Parkway so it's easily accessible from most downtown offices. I would recommend AJ to anyone -- $140 per month for a 5 x 10 foot locker is very reasonable.

Used AJ storage to hold our stuff during the gap between two apartments. Staff were helpful and friendly, and more importantly human and accessible.

Billing by the day was the most useful feature so we only paid for what we used.

Finally, it’s close to downtown so easy for us to get our stuff.

Clean safe place to store my household. Reasonable price and good location. they offer 24 hrs, 7 days access and drive up units. Helpful people to work with and very responsive to any of our inquiry.
