Our job involved removing the old carpet on our stairs and replacing it with oak. Rahaman the head of the company was great in explaining exactly what they would do and what each option would mean in terms of cost. We changed our original plan a number of times and Rahaman was great in both giving us feedback and recalculating the estimate based on the changes.
We got to tour his factory and he gave us 5 samples of oak that were stained with different-coloured stains so we would see exactly how each one would look so we could choose exactly the colour we wanted. In the end we choose a lighter colour than our existing posts and railing so Rahaman agreed to strip these down and restain them to match the new stain that we choose for the stairs.
The final result exceeded our expectations.The stairs look absolutely fantastic and I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of having wooden stairs installed.
