This letter is regards to my experience with Save More Plumbing & Lighting
On Saturday May 13, 2017, I went and purchased a Bidet toilet seat from the above company. As soon as I took it home to install it started leaking. On Tuesday morning, I brought back to them and was told that would not accept it as it was used. Also, they could find the payment that I gave them on Saturday. I found that their customer service was not professional at all. Not only did they not take back their faulty product but I also felt that they were accusing me of being dishonest. I also found their customer service extremely poor and do not recommend anyone use them
