Heritage Tree Care

This was the third time we have used this service. Very courteous and professional crew. Excellent clean-up. Respectful of neighbours. Very mindful of our established garden. We will use this service again.

Joseph and his team did an excellent job removing a a couple of trees from my property, as well as trimming some cedar. He completed the job while I was away on business. When I returned the next day, you would never have known that his team Was even there as my yard was left very clean. All of the branches etc. were removed from my property. Joseph and his team completed the work as planned/quoted. I would definitely recommend Heritage Tree Care.

I had an old cherry tree split in half. Joseph came by two hours after I called him. He evaluated the split tree and diagnosed a small, but diseased tree. Since it was an emergency, he cancelled his work for the next day and arrived the next afternoon with four guys. Twenty-fours hours later, the trees and his crew were gone. He checked to make sure that I was happy and then took my money. I wish everything were that easy.

Out of 4 companies I contacted, Heritage Tree Care response time, work appraisal, price, crew and owner professionalism, work performed, cleanup afterwards and experience was exactly what I was looking for. Big thumbs up from me. Joseph and his crew did the job for me back in november 2014 and I hadn't had a chance to respond till now. I will for sure look them up again for my tree services this year.

Jo an his team were quick, professional and thorough with the pruning of my tree. Reasonably priced as well. My yard was left spotless. Would recommend Jo to a friend.

Joseph was reliable (something that we are seeing less of these days), courteous and priced fairly. Before he was to come- the first time - he telephoned to say that he had to cancel as he had to respond to an emergency tree-falling. I completely understood and was satisfied just to be called and advised of the situation. I happily agreed to another date. He and his crew came another day, did the job very well (in the rain, at the end!) and cleaned up beautifully. I am very happy.

Joe was great to work with and he and his crew did an amazing job. He was always responsive, listened and provided great advice. The tree looks fantastic and I don't think a twig of debris was left behind after the job. Would hire again without hesitation.
