I love the selection in Robinson lighting - great help when I was looking to buy. But when I had a toilet seat that did not fit, the service plummeted. Several phone calls were unhelpful and unanswered and the lady on the bath fixture counter was downright rude when we finally went back in, toilet seat in hand as proof of our innocence. The service lady had an unfriendly, accusatory tone, and initially refused to acknowledge our problem. She needs a lesson in customer service.
However, I would go back there - the store has the nicest selection in town.
