Where do I begin? The design process with Margaret was good, but that’s about all I can say. Once it came down to materials and customer service, it all fell apart. Despite her claims of “high end kitchens”, the products sent were less than expected. Shelves needed to be replaced twice because of damage (even the replacements that were ‘hand inspected’ prior to shipping had chips all over them. Her design didn’t fit into the space when the actual cabinets were in place, knobs were ordered wrong (and I was told to figure out what was needed and get back to her...), counters weren’t ordered (despite being chosen MONTHS in advance) and so they were backordered. The final kicker was when the wrong style of door was installed, after being backordered for weeks - and Margaret’s response when I called was “at least the kitchen looks better than when we started”. Are you kidding me? And her consolation attempt? $200 off the final bill. Less than 1% of the cost. I would not recommend her to anyone.
