Steve and Rebecca were a pleasure to deal with. We did get another quote and besides being less expensive, we feel we got a superior product hands down. Steve is meticulous. When he was finishing the installation he informed us that there was an issue with two of the California shutter style panels. It was a mistake made at the factory. We might never have noticed but if/when we did we would have been disappointed. But Steve, showed us right away what the problem was and that he would have two new panels installed within two weeks. True to his word, this is how it went down. Can't say enough about this type of honesty. Word of mouth is the best and the worst advertising a business can get. So consider this THE BEST.
