It took too long from order to delivery to get a single patio door. Summer hadn't started when we ordered in May and were told it could take 8 to 12 weeks. Installation finally happened on the first day of autumn. There was no communication or follow-up during the entire waiting period unless we initiated it. A call from TWADC explaining the delay would have shown some concern for the customer. The installation was completely different. The installer was skilled, professional and efficient. The product is excellent and exactly what was promised. If you don't mind waiting and don't care about post-sale customer service this is the company for you. When you do finally get your order you will be satisfied.

Staff were professional and helpful and honest about timelines as a result of COVID-19. Product was good quality and was what I wanted and ordered. Installation went smoothly and was well done, The installer Richard was efficient and pleasant to deal with.

I had 2 egress and another window installed in my basement. Joe Palango was great to work with from quote to job completion. The installer Greg was a professional and did a great job! Ordered a replacement window for the front of my home, estimate came in a couple hundred less then local companies. Installation was quick and seamless, with excellent quality. I’ve used this company in the past and always had great customer service.

Had three windows replaced in our bedrooms. Quote was middle of the pack from our quotes. Windows seem fine but the trim work was awful. 1st try they didn't even use glue. Had a rep return to redo. Still awful work. Hammer marks all over, seams don't match up. Thanks for all the extra prep work before painting. Very disappointed. Recommend you go elsewhere!
