We had Ultimate come in to replace the siding and windows on one wall of our apartment building. 16 windows and 2 oversized patio doors. Marc and his team were terrific. Some issues were found after the siding was removed that needed to be dealt with and our 2 window installers, Andrew and Levi, were amazing in their dedication to fixing everything properly before the windows were put in. They were both so friendly yet very professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with them. After the windows were in it was time for Steve to install the siding. This fellow really knows what he is doing. Everything was cut to fit and sealed watertight. By the looks of the job it seems everything was done right. No corners were cut in terms of quality and that is what was most important to us. We did not want someone coming in and just slapping things together to get the job done quickly so they could move on to the next one. This definitely did not happen with Ultimate and we are very grateful for all of their hard work and time they put in to get the job done right. Time will tell if there are any issues but it’s been a few months already and we have no complaints. We would recommend them and we will use them again.

We had Ultimate Renovations out in February 2018 to take off our old wood siding and install vinyl siding. All the windows were capped, the flashing and eavestroughs were also done. The work was very well done and we are happy with our new siding. Marc was very easy to work with as our old house had a few issues that were discovered as the siding was removed. We were able to remedy these issues as the siding was installed. Also, we hit a cold spell in the middle of the project so the worker had to install in some pretty cold weather so we were very impressed with his dedication.

Very impressed with job, which included all window replacement and frames, door replacement and frames, siding and insulation, eaves toughs and soffits. All contractors were friendly and professional. The attention to detail, pride in their work, and craftsmanship was second to none. Very efficient. Have already recommended the company to others.

Ultimate "The Exterior Renovators" was recommended by a friend. We were very pleased with the work done by this company. Marc was knowledgeable and provided us with all the information we needed. His crew was professional, efficient and pleasant to deal with. They completed the work within the given time schedule, and Marc came to inspect it after they were finished and to answer any questions/concerns we may have had. The window quality is exceptional. We have now recommended this company to several others. A great experience. We will call them for the next project!

Windows and doors went in first. Good conversation with Marc where he ensured that we would get what we wanted in quality and design. Wasn't disappointed.. Doors are beautiful. No gaps , well trimmed, close solid, sealed well. Windows were on Marc's recommendation (thank you). Very well built, operate smoothly, lock snugly, very efficiently installed. I watched him seal them. Three passes around the frame with foam sealer. No drafts. Tested with a candle. lol House stays at least ten degrees cooler on the hot sunny days. Very efficient. Needed shingles next. Marc recommended Edmonton Roofs Plus. He replaced my vents, installed two goosenecks, upgraded the breather tubes. The best shingles were only 25% more, and they look great. 40 yr warrantee. Excellent job. The siding and finishing touches look like they were done with a laser level. The one inch foam insulation was almost seamless. I very much appreciated the attention to detail that was taken in every step of the job. As a mechanic I appreciate when a little extra time and effort is put into a job. The tradesmen on this job can step back , look at the house. smile and say "I did that"

Dealing with Marc is easy and straightforward. His crews are all very professional and are talented tradesmen. They listened to what we wanted and catered to our wishes, and they guided us to more satisfactory choices.. The work is excellent and the clean-up was done daily.
Ultimate also installed windows for us 6 years ago. Again, the tradesmen were skilled, tidy and respectful. The house has been much warmer in winter and much cooler in the summer since it was done.
We will not hesitate to use the company again and would give a recommendation to others to use them.

Marc and staff were great. We had new siding placed over Stucco, new soffits, fascia and eavestroughs and they did an excellent job. The gentleman working on our home was very friendly, efficient and ensured the area was cleaned up every day before he left. We are very pleased with the finished product.
We have more work to do at a later date and will definately go through Marc to have it done.

Reno was done a few years ago. Very happy with the result. Recently had an attempted break in, Front door was seriously damaged. Marc came out same evening fixed the door so we could close it. Ordered a new one which is now installed and even came out to make sure everything was good. Great service!
