We recently had our aging deck and front porch replaced by Busy Beaver Construction. We are thrilled with the exceptional craftsmanship and the improvement it has made to our home. Francois and Christina were wonderful to work with. We highly recommend their services.

In the fall of 2022 Busy Beaver completed a beautiful deck, pergola and outdoor space for us. Francois expertise and knowledge that he provided to help make the space functional was exactly what helped us to make our decision to work with Busy Beaver. Christina who runs everything in the office was amazing from the early design stage, to her knowledge in building codes and city bylaws, to permitting and final building stage. I would recommend this company over and over and will make sure I spread the word to friends and family. Thank you for your excellent work!!

We had the deck rebuilt by Busy Beaver. EXCELLENT work - fast, quality work done. Special thanks to Brady and Christina for organizing and proving all the information and to Noel also for his superb craftsmanship in building our deck. When it came to choosing a contractor for our project we were happy and relieved that Brady knew what he was doing and was able to help us through the process of getting the most out of out deck. It wasn't long before I knew that Busy Beaver was going to be our choice and wow am I glad we made the right decision. We got he fortress style and it is solid.
It costs a little extra but well worth it to go with this style. Kevin is a true master carpenter and so well organized. He methodically put our deck and fence up in about three days. Brady worked with us on the final clean up and we are truly happy with the end result. When I walk around the area I live in, I feel lucky to have such excellent piece of work.

Our back deck of 25 years finally gave up. We hired Busy Beaver because they got such good reviews. In reviewing the site, Francois (the owner) asked a lot of really good questions that I hadn’t thought of. When the work started, the workers were prompt, efficient, friendly and dedicated. A special shout out to Noel who did the actual work. He was nothing short of a sensational craftsman. Equally, Brady, the lad that took away the junk and delivered the lumber, was super friendly. Francois was there most days to discuss refinements. In short, I have no hesitation recommending this outfit.

I hired Busy Beaver to: demolish & haul away a 30 year old deck/gazebo & build a new composite deck & aluminum railing. The reason I hired Busy Beaver was because of their high rating on HomeStars, a recommendation from a neighbour & the demeanour & professionalism of the company owner Francois. I interacted with many of their team members: Christina, Noel & Brady and every one of them was exceptional. The demolition and construction of the new deck was completed in just 1 week with the railing installed a week later. The contract was fixed price with no additional costs. I cannot say enough about this company. Cristina & Francois, thanks for a great job; you can always use me as a reference.

Busy Beaver built our composite deck with clear glass aluminum railing back in August of 2006. The deck has been wonderful and low maintenance. However, this August we noticed our glass pane had slipped. We contacted Busy Beaver to inquire about a repair. Within two weeks Francois was at the house and repaired our railing immediately. 13 years later and under no warranty Busy Beaver stood behind their work!
