My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service, professionalism, skill-level/knowledge and politeness of everyone that was involved with our recent A/C and furnace purchase/installation. Beginning with the initial visit from Russ the service technician, to Yuri the sales rep that took the time to clearly explain our options, to the three installers, Jon, Alex and Brock who worked with an infectious camaraderie in a less than ideal basement situation!
