Maize Siding & Eavestroughing

Our lower roof tiles were being ruined by the rain! I called Maize and they very quickly provided us with not only a solution but a quote we could easily live with! An additional piece of evestrough was added from the upper to the lower roof and now the rain no longer flows down onto the tiles on the lower roof!

Very satisfied with the workmanship of Maize - and they showed up when they said they would! Would definitely recommend them. The workers were very friendly and helpful with suggestions.

Happy with the job. They missed one portion, I called them and they came back to install it. Only minor issue is that I have to wait more than 2 weeks for them to install. Other than that no issue. I will recommend for others.

Called Maize to get a quote on new Facia and Eavestrough. Quote was competitive and the job was very well done. Facia looks great, Eavestrough with the leaf guard works perfectly. They were in and out without any issue and did not require any payment until after the job was completed. Highly recommend them for any work you may have

Maize did our eavestrough in October 2016.
We got a free quote and then decided to book. It did take them 2 weeks to get back to us with a work date which I thought was long, but the work was good. The job was done well and we had no complaints.

I have used Maize before and had a great experience. Fast forward 7 years and my experience was very different. The crew was late (no call), the work quoted was NOT done, they crew left a mess (came back twice to clean it up), the crew had to return 3 times to correct their mistakes and I am still not convinced I got what I paid for (e.g. they charged me for eavestrough cleaning but clearly didn't do it as there were roof shingles blocking the drainage pipe!). I tried to follow up without success - their accounting department has been difficult to deal with and their boss no where to be found. They finally took $250 off my bill for my troubles but I would NEVER use them again. In fact, I had another company install aluminium capping yesterday without incident (reminded me of my first experience with Maize) as I could not bring myself to use Maize again. I hate writing negative reviews - buyer beware.

They replaced eavestrough on garage and a new piece of soffit. Very satisfied , will highly recommend
