The crew had to coordinate the work with other contractors working on our house at the same time. Nevertheless, they did the job smoothly and on time. We are very happy with the new look of our house.

This is the second time I've used Maize in the last 12 years to put eavestroughs and downspouts on my house. The color selection was fantastic, the work was fast, professional and clean (no construction debris at all!). The price was much better than my other quotes. Would definitely recommend them!

I had Maize replace all the eavestroughs on my house and also remove the old soffits, cut the solid wood soffits open and install brand new vented soffit panels. There was an issue with one section of trough and Maize returned and fixed it promptly.

A group of us got together to try to get eaves done for all our houses together. Not only was Maize the most most responsive in getting back to us (thank you Raymond!), they were also the most competitive. Despite being the most cost effective, the work delivered was quality.

I had made a request to Raymond that I'd like to get pictures of the roof taken before work started (minor roof damage), and he and the crew more than willingly obliged. Pictures were delivered within a day of having the work completed.

The crew was very friendly during the install. Raymond showed up after the install to make sure we were satisfied. Since sodding and grading haven't been completed yet, he offered to come back once that was complete if there were any adjustments needed to the downspouts.

All in all, a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Maize when considering having your eaves done.

I was very happy with the work they did in installing eavestrough and gutters at my new house. I had used them before and was very satisfied. Happy to say that my second experience with them was just as satisfying.

In March 2017 I had Maize Siding & Eavestroughing install new facia on the east side of my home. I was extremely pleased with the product as well as the installation work done! I arranged to have Maize do this work because they installed new eavestroughing on my home in September 2016 and I was so pleased with the product and worksmanship plus the price that I did not even consider contacting any other company for my facia work. I would not hesitate to have them do any more work of this nature on my home.

We were late calling for someone to replace our leaky eaves trough and had already been turned away by two places. Maize sent someone out within a few days of calling and although
he couldn't guarantee it would be done before the end of December, he promised it would be done in the first week of the new year.
We came home one day and to our satisfaction noticed the eaves trough had been replaced and a new drain pipe installed weeks before what we were expecting.
The work was efficient, quiet and absolutely nothing left behind to indicate work had been done.
We were thankful because the old eaves trough had a leak in a very precarious place over our front sidewalk and with all the thawing and freezing this was important to have replaced.
