I would definitely recommend Maize Eavestroughing. The work looks good, the price competitive and was completed in a timely fashion. I found the team to be very polite and hard working, and they left my property clean and orderly; you wouldn't have known that they had been there. Just after the installation, we had some massive rain falls and the eavestroughing performed perfectly. All in all, I am one satisfied customer.

We ended up getting our quote from Maize when we saw a couple of their guys working on a house in our neighbourhood. We had some questions since we had been thinking about putting additional eavestroughing on to preserve our new roof. The installer was very courteous and we just had a good feeling about this company. In all of our interactions with this company from the estimator , office staff to installers, we were satisfied. The work was done around the estimated date. The work itself looks aesthetically pleasing. We are very happy with the job and would recommend maize to our friends.

needed new eavestroughing for a new build , residential, the two gentlemen who did the work were friendly and professional, they also took the time to replace a vent cover that had fallen off during a rain storm, while doing so they must have discovered a wasps nest and removed it, which I only knew of after they left as it was by the front steps, it is the little extras that make me appreciate a company and I would recommend Maize to anyone .

My parents had MAIZE cap their posts years ago along with the garage door frame because the wood was starting to deteriorate. Instead of re-painting every so many years they decided to have them capped with aluminum. I recently moved into my house and found that the posts and garage frame was starting to do the same as my parents house so I decided to call MAIZE and have the same thing done. I have no complaints. Everything looks amazing. Took only a day. Left for work in the morning and came back to beautifully capped posts. Very friendly staff as well. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Professional and efficient work by the Maize team. Old eavestroughs and downspouts removed and new ones installed within 2 hours. Job well done. They do not require deposit and payment required after the work is completed. Highly recommended.

Maize helped us out with the siding on a small addition of ours and with installing several eaves on our house. From the estimation process to having two different crews do the work - they were excellent. The siding took much longer than I anticipated however after watching them meticulously do the work - it was obvious why. They were thorough and careful. Some of the work even had to be done working off the property of our neighbors and they were excellent and careful in this work as well. Very please with the company and the crew! Looking forward to using them again.
