Like others, terrible customer sevice - bought more than enough wood but boxes were not full. They we extremely rude to me when brought to their attention and told me to contact the manufacturer. Hello, not my job. Never going back there again!

we purchased 1200 ft2 of oak hardwood, service at the store was great, Brenda was very kind, Sam and his installers finished the job in one day.....thank you guys, our house looks great

Nice store, helpful, knowledgable sales staff and great prices.
I purchased laminate, carpet, bathroom flooring and large area rug. Nice selection allowed me to get all items at one store.

My girlfriend and I were shopping around for some click vinyl for our basement. We came by The Source Flooring earlier last week after shopping around at multiple stores and found the perfect floor to suit our new place ! And it was in stock!. We had our product loaded up that same day. After all the wasted time spent shopping around at other places I would definitely recommend the source flooring to be your first stop. Amazing prices and speedy service ! Thank you!

The WORST service in a long time; all the social skills and helpfulness of a slug. I called to check on availability of a product and was assured it was there; arrived and was told in no uncertain terms that this was no longer carried - got blown off when I said I had specifically called. Second person equally dismissive, didn't offer any options for a product substitute. Finally a gentleman from the floor explained that there was another option and helped me find what I need. He was gracious and apologetic.
Never will go back, will tell my 3 kids who are renovating not to go and anyone else I can think of too.

Terrible customer service in Kitchener store as they are very rude.
First we wanted to try one tile at home and only sell whole box.
We did buy the tiles and needed only 5 of another and there were 16 loose tiles and said we had to buy them all. Salespeople are not helpful at all. Prices are good but not worth it when they have terrible customer service. This is the third time we have been there and customer service is always the same. Another factor to consider is you can't return any left over tile boxes. We definitely won't go back to this store. No one wants to feel insulted when trying to get good service.

Bought hardwood for a rebuild home project was told floor would be in quick, waited over 30 days still no floor called manager and he started swearing at me over the phone saying too bad my orders been processed.

Great prices poor service and a terrible no return policy. I went in to buy tiles. The sales woman sold me cs of tiles. I installed and had a full case left over. I tried to return the unopened box and was told no returns, read your bill. I explained that I had been over sold. the "manager" calculated himself what I should have needed. It was 4 cases. I told him the woman working sold me 5 and that I should be entitled to a refund for the unopened case. the woman remembered me and I reminded her that she was short handed that night and that I had to help load the cases. She remembered me. she said it would be up to the manager to decide. He decided no return. I said that I would be taking the rest of my business down the street (I had measurements in my pocket for another project) He didn't care. He tried to tell me that their prices are a way lower than any other place, and that they were selling these tiles cheaper than they bought them for. Well they weren't cheaper once you calculate the extra case I have and cannot use! Very poor business practice and the hecklers in the back ground were no help either. Never going back.

They have good products for a good price but they have a "no retruns" policy - even on goods that are unopened and that they still carry. Women behind the desk are a bit rude and abrupt.

This is the place to go for porcelain tile! We went to a few other places on Victoria St and they had very few choices.
This store had so many options that is was hard to choose. And the prices were great! Cheaper than any other store we looked at.
We got all the flooring for our bathroom as well as the wall tile.
If you can't find what you need here you probably won't find it anywhere!
