We recently had some windows and double front doors replaced. Bob and Cliff were very patient as our design plans changed, recommending many good solutions for retrofitting our old high ranch. Installation crew was professional, timely, and skilled, checking each other's work and explaining why they were completing things a certain way which is refreshing. Fiberglass door had a small flaw from the factory which was repaired promptly by an OEM technician. Would definitely use this outfit again.

Had the whole house done - 30+ windows depending how you count them. Very professional, excellent install and craftmanship. Also, we had a couple of significant cosmetic issues with the window openings that no one else could offer a reasonable way to make pretty, they did. No surprises. House looks great. I was home with a broken leg during the install so I got to see them in action. No shortcuts were taken. Would recommend them.

Bob Milne and his team are great. We have had them replace windows and sliding patio doors on two houses and have been very happy with the North Star Window quality and the installation. Windows and the team showed up on schedule. Very fast and neat removal of old windows. Perfect installation. Good clean-up. Will definitely use them again.
