Water World Pools

My name is Barb Bradley and I had Water World install an inground pool this past summer (2021). This was my fourth pool with Water World. I return again and again to this company because I am always very pleased with their skill, service and professionalism.
The service over the years has not only been consistently great, it actually continues to evolve and get better.
My most recent experience this past summer surpassed my expectations by far. Most renovations or additions to your house are fraught with problems, frustrations, miscommunications and missed deadlines. With Water World my installation was meticulously planned, executed smoothly, I was always informed of every step and all timelines were met. They made this process thoroughly enjoyable, and the end product is exactly what I wanted and more beautiful than imagined.
But the best part of the experience was the incredible service I received from start to finish from every member of the Water World team (Cheryl and all the office staff and every member of the construction crew). Everyone was very friendly, very professional and very informed (they all knew my name and all were aware of my special requests and wishes). Everyone showed up on time (or earlier) and performed their specific task with extreme expertise and precision. Their attention to detail was very impressive and every crew member cleaned up after their work was over. This was incredible, and even my neighbours commented on how clean and efficient the process was.
I knew what I wanted from the beginning and had a vision in my mind, but it turned out better than I had even dreamed. This was due to the expert suggestions from Cheryl and the construction crew members who took my vision and made it better. I am so grateful for their input, it helped make my pool that much more beautiful, functional and enjoyable.
This installation was as close to perfect as it could be and I am thoroughly pleased and impressed by this entire experience. I am also immensely impressed that this happed during the pandemic with all the added stresses this imposed. I have and will continue to recommend you to everyone I know. This level of service and satisfaction are very rare these days and I think it is important to acknowledge it when it happens. Water World should be very proud of their team and service.
I can’t wait to jump into my beautiful new pool this spring. I have a feeling me and my family will be living in my backyard this summer and many more summers to come.

We purchased my father-in-law’s house and are in the process of getting ready to move to it. Our current home has a hot tub we use all the time. This house has one but hasn’t been used in 15 years. It looks like it’s in excellent shape. We wanted to make sure it works before we made any other plan (it’s an indoor spa).

Jerry and Alex arrived and we were very impressed with their attitude and professionalism. We have expected to be told that it was beyond saving and “Boy, do we have a deal for you.” We were surprised when we got an honest and professional assessment that basically said we didn’t have to do much beyond flushing it out. They gave us advice and hints on how to deal with an old, basic but functional system.

True, it was a very brief and inconsequential interaction but one that left us feeling good about the company and service we got. I would recommend them withou hesitation.

Years ago, we purchased a hot tub from Water World. At that time, Water World also designed and constructed an incredible deck for us. When we moved to a house with a pool a few years ago, we got all sorts of fabulous advice from Water World. We regularly take samples from our hot tub and pool to them and get prompt feedback on what (if anything) we are required to do for our water. Last year, we purchased a winter pool cover for our pool. Water World came and installed it and we've never had a problem. We hire them annually to open and close our pool too. We've had multiple wonderful experiences with Water World and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We hired Water World pools in Peterborough to install our in ground pool summer of 2012. The owner Brian came to our new home and made recommendation for the bid on our business. He was wonderful so we decided to hire Water World.

The experience form the beginning to the end was like pulling teeth. Ever aspect of the process something went wrong. The installation of the under ground pipes. The installation of the liner. We were known as Murphy's Law.

When the service department had to figure out what was wrong, it took a long time to get answers and someone would always blame another department. Many times I would call and messages were not returned. I had to go in to ask if they remembered me.

This year we have a warranty issue with our water heater. It has been 4 weeks and it has still not been resolved. In 4 weeks I have called once a week. They have told me that issue is with Raypac (shortage of parts). With the many calls I have made, I have received one call back. I have now called Raypac to help me resolve the issue and please give me some answers. Raypac has promised to call me back. Not something I expect from Water World. I will follow up with this review.

Purchased a pool from them. A1 service was provided. Had some concerns over the condition of my front yard after they had excavated the backyard and they were quick to rectify the problem. Service provided from the management walking me through the whole process from beginning to end was great. Have been enjoying our pool now and would highly recommend them for quality, service and price as well as going above and beyond when problem arose.

We wanted a 'custom' pool in our back yard, integrated with our existing landscape. Waterworld brought an excellent level of customization and flexibility to the project, and even delivered on time and on budget!
