Had hot water problems at rental unit, requested plumber attend and assess, but not to replace parts without a phone call to provide a basic estimate of price for parts. Part was replaced without checking in. Not a huge issue, as the part was 90 dollars, but if there was a bigger cost involved, this would have been a problem. When phoning in to clarify, the customer service rep simply said she had no information about it and requested payment.
Otherwise, the work was great, and the reputation of Kastl and Zuch for quality work was upheld.
